Uploading Your First File

Erao lets you upload files and query them with natural language—no database required.

Step 1: From your dashboard, click 'Upload File' or the '+' button.

Step 2: Select a file from your device. We support CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), JSON, XML, Word (.docx), and TXT files.

Step 3: Erao will process your file and extract the data automatically.

Step 4: Once processed, go to the chat interface, select your file, and start asking questions.

Tips: Make sure your file has clear column headers. For best results, keep your data clean and well-structured.

Your uploaded files are stored with encryption at rest and can be deleted at any time.
