Erao is a software-as-a-service platform that enables users to query databases and uploaded files using natural language. Our Service translates your questions into queries, executes them securely against your connected database or uploaded file, and presents the results in an accessible format including tables, charts, and summaries.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Database Connections & File Uploads

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to connect to and query any databases you use with our Service. You are also responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and analyze any files through our Service. Erao is not responsible for any unauthorized access to third-party databases or misuse of uploaded data. You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with any applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Payment and Billing

For paid subscription plans:

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice

You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Erao and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Erao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
